Democrat Privilege Began With Slick Willy

The corrupt Manhattan judge in President Trump’s April 15th trial over “bookkeeping errors” should have recused himself immediately after he was assigned to this case because his daughter not only works for the Biden/Harris campaign, which is helping DA Bragg with this case, she is a long time consultant for the Democrat Party. Instead, he stayed on the case and placed an unconstitutional gag order on Trump in order to keep his corruption a secret.

Judge Juan M. Merchan amended a week-old ban on Trump making public statements about witnesses, jurors and others connected with the case after the presidential candidate exposed Loren Merchan, his 34-year-old daughter, as a Democrat political consultant in several posts on his Truth Social platform. On Monday, Merchan declared his family off-limits to the former president’s truth-telling, expanding the gag order to “protect” his family from Trump’s words.

Indeed, Loren Merchan raised over $93 million in donations based upon the fact that her father was trying the case and promising he would “Get Trump.” Moreover, millionaire & US House member Adam Schiff donated $4 million to Merchan’s firm during the same time he was concocting the Russian Collusion Hoax. An ethical judge would have immediately recused himself from this case.

RUSHING TRIAL BEFORE ELECTION DAY

DA Bragg committed misconduct by withholding nearly 200,000 pages of evidence from a previous federal investigation wherein prosecutors declined to prosecute until the last minute. This prevents Trump’s attorneys from doing a thorough review of the documents & evidence which Bragg will present at trial including exculpatory evidence Bragg tried to hide. An ethical judge would have given the defense several months to review. Instead, the corrupt Manhattan judge scoffed at Trump’s attorney’s calls to delay the case or throw it out entirely.

The trial involves allegations related to legal money paid to Stormy Daniels in 2017 under a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Judge Merchan has close ties to Russian Collusion Hoaxer, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA). Check out this short video:
