Clarence Thomas may be the most consequential constitutionalist of the modern Supreme Court. He began in dissent, mocked by elites, smeared by Democrats, and treated like a heretic because he dared reject the living-Constitution racket. Now his dissents have become roadmaps, his clerks populate the judiciary, and his originalist philosophy shapes the Court’s center of gravity. The Left’s hatred is obvious: Thomas is black, conservative, brilliant, fearless, and unowned. He destroys their narrative simply by existing. If he stays until 2028 and becomes the longest-serving justice in history, it will be poetic justice with a gavel.

Never forget the despicable, obscene sexual abuse accusations Democrats and their minions leveled at Clarence Thomas during his 1991 Supreme Court confirmation hearings led by then Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Joe Biden.

Judge Thomas faced scurrilous allegations of sexual harassment made by his former employee, Anita Hill. The hearings and Ms. Hill’s scandalous accusations were broadcast live by national television networks.

After 35 years on the bench, Justice Thomas is recognized as one of our nation’s most eminent and distinguished constitutionalists, the antithesis of Joe Biden's SCOTUS DEI nominee, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Justice Thomas’ SCOTUS record speaks for itself. It illustrates why Joe Biden and the Democrats attempted their “high tech lynching" of Justice Thomas, his apt description for the insulting false accusations he faced during his highly contentious Senate hearings — a standard Democrat practice today for any Republican SCOTUS nominee.

Justice Thomas, who was nominated by President George H.W. Bush, was ultimately confirmed by a narrow 52 to 48 vote.
