Bush v Gore: Meet The Lawyer Who Wrote Gore's Trial Memo
Now, He Is Being Prosecuted For Writing Trump's Memo
Meet Kenneth Chesebro, the brilliant lawyer who wrote the trial memorandum sent to the US Supreme Court, arguing on behalf of Democrat Presidential Candidate Al Gore in the Bush v Gore case* in 2000. He is now being prosecuted for writing a very similar memo for President Trump’s legal team in 2020.
Fulton County, Georgia DA Fani Willis’ indictment accused Kenneth Chesebro of one count of violation of the Georgia RICO Act; two counts of conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree; two counts of conspiracy to commit false statements and writings; one count of conspiracy to commit filing false documents; one count of conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer, merely for giving legal advice and writing a legal memo on November 18, 2020 requested by a Wisconsin judge. Yes, I said a Wisconsin judge!
Statement from Mr. Chesebro’s criminal attorney:
"Mr. Chesebro, an appellate and constitutional lawyer with experience in election law disputes, was asked by the Trump Campaign to provide advice on issues related to constitutional and election law.** Each of the alleged 'overt acts' that are attributed to Mr. Chesebro relate to his work as an attorney."
IS MR. CHESEBRO A HERO OR A VILLAIN?
Answer: Neither. He has been using his legal skills to help both Democrats & Republicans interpret complex election laws.** In 2000 Chesebro used these skills to dispute Florida’s official vote count on behalf of his client, Al Gore. In 2020 he used these skills to dispute Wisconsin’s official vote count on behalf of his client, Donald J. Trump. I am uncertain if Chesebro did ANY work pertaining to the gross irregularities in how votes were counted in Georgia. Legal ethics and just ordinary ethics do not stop Willis in her mad quest to “get Trump.” She is using a commercial grade vacuum to suck up anyone and everyone, to terrorize others from working with Trump in the future.
President Trump is fighting for the American people and is a Republican and Conservative. Al Gore was & is a member of the Ruling Elite (he literally grew up in a swank hotel, being waited on by bellhops, maitre des, et al in Washington DC while his father was a powerful senator), a Democrat and was not fighting for the American people. Indeed, after he lost to George W. Bush in 2000 he soon hopped on the Climate Change Hoax and became a multi-billionaire. THAT is the difference that made the same man, Mr. Chesebro, a hero in 2000 for helping Gore and a criminal defendant 23 years later for helping Trump.^
*I looked in vain for the Bush v Gore trial memo. In that search I learned that Ronald Klain, a licensed attorney and Joe Biden’s first Chief of Staff, was on the Gore Legal Team as well. He, like Chesebro, has never been indicted for working on the losing side of THAT election dispute.
**I practiced law in Oregon for 34 years. Election laws are many & complex. That is why Gore, Bush and Trump did not have one or two election lawyers. They had teams consisting of dozens of lawyers and their staffs. Election laws vary significantly from state to state. They also vary within a given state. For example, the election of a school board member and the election of a US senator within the same state have very different legal requirements. In addition, state and federal election statutes often contradict each other.
^NOTE: Mr. Chesebro did not “become” a criminal defendant when he was doing his job in 2020. He “became” a criminal defendant because ONE prosecutor in ONE county in ONE state believes it will enhance her Marxist resume by “getting Trump.” She is bastardizing the RICO statutes that has never been used for political disputes. In so doing, she filed false statements with the court. BTW, the judge assigned to the Trump case, Scott McAfee, worked FOR Willis six months ago, before he was appointed to the bench.
Watch Little slimy Fani. KARMA still works, especially when a phony stupid ass messes with highly intelligent and wealthy folks. It may take a while but…,
