Bragg's Team: "Running For Office Is Illegal"

It was not too long ago that prosecutors such as Alvin Bragg and Biden’s attorney, Matthew Colangelo, would be disbarred for committing prosecutorial misconduct. But, this is the Era of Trump and Trump must be stopped regardless whether it turns the Rule of Law on its head. So far, it is obvious that Bragg & Colangelo and every lawyer on their prosecution team have twice committed prosecutorial misconduct: 1) They filed charges against President Trump knowing that there was no crime. 2) They intentionally concealed the “underlying felony” until Tuesday. The US Constitution* requires that defendants in all criminal cases be advised, in writing, of all the charges against him in the original charging documents. When asked, Bragg smirked & said he would reveal the “underlying felony” at trial.

“UNDERLYING FELONY” IS A MISDEMEANOR

On Tuesday, another Biden prosecutor, Joshua Steinglass, said the other crime Trump committed was a violation of a New York law called "conspiracy to promote or prevent election." Prosecutors will try to prove that the alleged conspiracy was to conceal a conspiracy to unlawfully promote his candidacy. What the hell? That is called “running for office,” you jackasses!!!

New York Law 17-152 reads: "Any two or more persons who conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means and which conspiracy is acted upon by one or more of the parties thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor."

Under their interpretation of this statute, Bragg should be prosecuting Hillary Clinton for paying her New York attorneys to hire Christopher Steele to create the fictional document Americans have come to call the Russian Collusion Dossier.
