SD Governor Kristi Noem Vetoed A Bill To Redefine Money

Governor Noem uses a VETO branding iron to kill the bill that would have made South Dakota the first state to redefine “money,” paving the way for Biden’s draconian plan to mandate digital currency & outlaw cash.

By redefining “money,” politicians, bureaucrats & lobbyists are using the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) to pave the way in creating the framework for government-controlled digital money (CBDC). This legislation, at the same time, would outlaw private crypto currency such as Bitcoin because our overlords don’t want any competition.  They want TOTAL control over you via YOUR money.  There are currently 20 State Legislatures* which have bills pending to modify the UCC after South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, last week, vetoed such a bill which had passed her House & Senate.

REDEFINING “MONEY” WILL LEAD TO OUTLAWING CASH

Governor Noem explained why she vetoed the freedom-killing bill that would have modified the UCC: “This bill adopts a definition of ‘money’ to specifically exclude crypto like Bitcoin. And it opens the door to the risk that the federal government could adopt a Central Bank Digital Currency. South Dakota will always stand for Economic Freedom.”

The dangerous language in South Dakota’s bill read as follows:"Money" means a medium of exchange that is currently authorized or adopted by a domestic or foreign government. The term includes a monetary unit of account established by an intergovernmental organization or by agreement between two or more countries. The term does not include an electronic record that is a medium of exchange recorded and transferable in a system that existed and operated for the medium of exchange before the medium of exchange was authorized or adopted by the government.”

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO STOP DIGITAL CURRENCY CONTROLLED BY DC SWAMP?

State by state, the Ruling Elite is trying to build a bull work of pro-CBDC states by redefining “money.”  This will make it easier for the federal government to turn YOUR money into binary code that THEY control from the DC Swamp. 

At least 20 states have similar or identical language in UCC bills pending in their legislatures, according to Governor Noem.  Research your state’s legislative database to determine if there is a modification of the UCC being considered. The bill will likely be titled “An Act to amend provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code.”  Tell your State Senator and State Representative to vote “HELL NO!”

*This writer was not able to find the names of all the states who seek to kill cash; but, here are six: Montana, Maine, North Dakota, New York, Wyoming, Washington.  NOTE: The Marxists are even trying to sneak this legislation through in Red States: Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota and Wyoming.  These four states share borders.  I will bet Democrats, bureaucrats & lobbyists in these four states conspired to sneak this language into the UCC?  Well, the SD governor caught them!
