Before the corrupt Merrick Garland took over the US DOJ, the Federal Bureau of Investigation ONLY handled felonies. Indeed, in the FBI’s 116-year history, they never investigated misdemeanors nor arrested those charged with misdemeanors. Immediately after he was sworn in on March 11, 2021, Garland made it clear he was a political prosecutor. He dismissed almost all the charges against BLM & Antifa thugs, the Democrats’ buddies, who broke into, vandalized and/or set fire to federal buildings in 2020. At the same time he took thousands of FBI agents off felony cases and assigned them to chase down anyone who was suspected of being in Washington DC on or about January 6, 2021. They needed no proof the targeted American went near the US Capitol before sending a SWAT team to break down his/her door at 6AM. The witch hunt was ginned up on 1/6/24 and will continue until 47 fires Garland’s crooked ass.

There were at least 60 members of the press who were inside the US Capitol on January 6, 2021. Indeed, a number of them climbed through the same broken window as Steve Baker. To date, we believe only two have been arrested. Both are deemed to be “conservative” journalists:

1) Stephen Horn who refused to plead guilty and was convicted of four misdemeanors at trial last September.

2) In violation of the First Amendment’s Freedom of the Press, Steve Baker, an investigative reporter, was arrested and arraigned on four misdemeanor charges Friday. Here are his brief remarks after they removed his leg irons and allowed him to walk out of the courthouse. As he was being arraigned, he stood beside a felony suspect who was not in leg irons. Garland and FBI Director Wray have told all their employees to treat J6 defendants as harshly as possible, such as using leg irons to humiliate. Leg irons used to be reserved for violent offenders.

Well over two years ago the DOJ told Steve’s attorney he would be charged with misdemeanors and arrested shortly. He has spent the last 27 months expecting the FBI to knock down his door at any time, like they have so many others. [I wonder if he slept in his clothes like other patriots who visited their capital city that day.] For some reason, they allowed him to turn himself in without terrorizing his neighbors.
