Agenda 47: Protecting Americans By Restoring Law & Order

This American is a strong Trump supporter because, during his first term, he did more to benefit The American People than any president in my lifetime, save Reagan. Between now and November 5, 2024, I will provide my readers with details about Trump’s plans to save America and save We The People from the Marxist hellhole we are currently being pushed into.

During the Trump-Harris Debate on September 10th there were so many lies coming out of Kamala Harris’s mouth (one pundit counted 21) I won’t bother dealing with the ridiculous ones that don’t affect the well-being of Americans. This article will focus on America’s off the charts crime wave and how Trump 47 plans to repair it.

CRIME HAS ESCALATED UNDER BIDEN/HARRIS

Brand new data from the US Department of Justice's National Crime Victimization Survey shows crime rates remain WAY UP under Biden/Harris, making liars out of not only Kamala Harris, but all Democrats and their fake “news” buddies. As I recall, at the debate, moderator Linsey Davis spouted the the lie that crime is down. Well, the only crimes that are “down” are the crimes that the victims don’t bother to report because 1) they know the police won’t bother to investigate because the Soros-funded DA won’t prosecute, and 2) they fear retribution.^

This survey is a much more accurate picture of America’s crime data than the FBI's statistics, which are missing nearly a third of the nation's law enforcement agencies, including from many of the most violent cities, such as Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, and New Orleans. Cities and states are not required to submit their crime stats to the FBI.

Violent crime is up 37% between 2020 & 2023. Rape is up 42%. Robbery is up 63%. Assault is up 34%. Violent crime (excluding simple assault) is up 55%. Domestic violence is up 32%. Stranger violence is up 61%. Violent crime (with an injury) is up 10%. Violent crime (with a weapon) is up 56%. Motor vehicle theft is up 42%.

FACT: The total number of violent crimes reported last year is higher than any year under President Trump.

FACT: Biden/Harris have overseen the two highest years for total Americans victimized by violent crime since 2012.

FACT: Biden/Harris have presided over three of the four most murderous years in the last 25 years.

FACT: In most cities, murder rates remain higher than pre-pandemic levels.

WHY?

Why? Demented Joe and Comrade Kammie aren’t personally committing these crimes, but they are aiding & abetting homegrown bad guys and they are bussing & flying foreign criminals into our country. [Yes, “aiding & abetting” the commission of a crime is its own crime in most states; but don’t expect the courts to hold them accountable. Getting rid of these two and electing someone who will repair the damage is the only avenue left to Americans.] Kamala Harris, as San Francisco District Attorney and California Attorney General, brags that she started the “social justice” and “defund the police” movements in California, which she spread to Minnesota during the 2020 riots, and promoted throughout the nation with her Marxist rhetoric.

HOW WILL TRUMP 47 FIX THIS MESS?

The following comes from Trump’s Agenda 47 website, with some editing by me. By the way, as I read this, I could tell that Trump himself wrote it. It sounds just like he talks and contained a small typo or two, which I fixed. Ha!

“First, because police forces have been gutted by Democrats’ war on police, I will sign a record investment in hiring, retention and training for police officers nationwide. So important.

This bill will also increase vital liability protections for officers because the Democrats want to take those protections away from our police, because we want them to do their jobs, and we want them to do their jobs right. You can't take their protections away if you're going to have them do their jobs properly.

Second, to qualify for this new funding and all other Justice Department grants, I will insist that local jurisdictions return to proven common sense policing measures, such as stop and frisk— very simple—you stop them and you frisk them, strictly enforcing existing gun laws against convicted felons, cracking down on the open use of illegal drugs, and cooperating with ICE to get criminal aliens off our streets and get them out of our country.

Third, we will go after the radical Marxist prosecutors, mostly funded by George Soros, who are abolishing cash bail, refusing to charge crimes, and surrendering our cities to violent criminals. I will direct the DOJ to open civil rights investigations into radical left prosecutor’s offices, such as those in Chicago, L.A., and San Francisco to determine whether they have illegally engaged in race-based enforcement of the law.

I will also work with Congress to give the victims of their Marxist policies the right to sue local officials for harm and suffering. If your small business is pillaged because shoplifting goes unpunished, if you're brutally attacked by a violent felon released without bail or bond, then you will be entitled to massive damages.

Fourth, I will order the Department of Justice or as some people call it the ‘Department of Injustice’ right now and Homeland Security to dismantle every gang, street crew, and drug network in America. We already know where these turf wars and drug dens are. We know who the people are. And we're going to charge them and charge the culprits with every crime that we can find.

We're going to be fair, but we're going to be tough. We also need the death penalty for drug dealers, so important. And I'd also add to that human traffickers. Drug dealers and human traffickers. They get the death penalty, watch it stop and stop quickly.

Fifth, in cities where there has been a complete breakdown of law and order, where the fundamental rights of our citizens are being intolerably violated, I will not hesitate to send in federal assets including the National Guard until safety is restored.

Sixth, we will end the leftist takeover of school discipline and juvenile justice. Many of these carjackers and criminals are 13, 14, and 15 years old. I will order the Education and Justice Departments to overhaul federal standards on disciplining minors. So, when troubled youth are out of control, they're out on the streets and they're going wild, we will stop it. The consequences will be swift, certain and strong and they will know that.

Seventh, we will protect the right of self-defense. It is under siege everywhere. And I will sign concealed carry reciprocity. Your Second Amendment does not end at the state line. In addition, I will of course fully secure the border, dramatically increase interior enforcement, and wage war on the cartels.

We have never had a border so secure as it was just four years ago. And now our border is the worst anywhere in the world, and possibly of all time. There’s never been a country that allowed to happen what's happening in the United States right now, where millions of people are pouring across our borders. They come from mental institutions. They come from the prisons. They’re all being let out so they can come into the United States. They’re poisoning our country.

We will also take back our streets from the homeless, the drug addicted, and the mentally ill. I will discuss those plans in much more detail very soon. That is how I will bring back public safety to America. I want to thank you. We're going to Make America Great Again and we're going to Make America Safe Again. Thank you.”

^Retribution can come in many forms in 2024 America, here are just three: 1) The thugs you turned in will harm you or your family; 2) You will be ostracized by your crazed, Democrat neighbors who believe people with certain skin hues don’t need to follow the law; and/or; 3) Your image & name will wind up on Social Media as a “racist,” or worse, and you will be harrassed, doxxed, trolled, etc., which may cost you your job.
