As I watched the beautiful 911 ceremonies today, I was reminded of the way America Last politicians turned the 20th anniversary of this terrorist attack on American soil into a political attack on half the citizens of America, President Trump’s voters. On September 11, 2021 I was channel surfing and landed on CBS just in time to hear Kamala Harris, in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, proclaim "diversity is our strength."
REPEATING A POLITICAL TALKING POINT OVER & OVER DOES NOT TURN IT INTO A FACT
Am I the only one who is sick and tired of hearing this nonsensical phrase repeated ad nauseum? One could make the argument that it was "diversity" of religion that slaughtered 2,996 innocents. And, while we are talking about "diversity," let us not forget that the dead were certainly "diversified." This indiscriminate slaughter wiped out people of all skin hues, religions, backgrounds, languages, lifestyles, etc. Indeed, the only thing the victims seemed to have had in common was the fact that virtually all of them were employed.
It was unity, not "diversity," that saved either the occupants of the White House or the occupants of the US Capitol Building on that horrible day. Desperate to divide us, the Left, which certainly includes Ms. Harris, has been shoving "race" down our throats for decades like it is the end all and be all of a human being. Do you think the 40 heroes on Flight 93 stopped to ponder each others' race as they discussed their plan to storm the cockpit? Were the men who took the lead chosen for their skin color or for their bravery & muscle?
They knew, via cellphone calls with loved ones, that Islamic terrorists had flown planes into both of New York’s twin towers and into the Pentagon. They knew the Jihadists had turned their western-bound Newark-to-Los Angeles flight south-eastward toward DC. They knew they were going to die. They wanted to save human beings on the ground. They did not pause to determine the race of those they would be saving.
She didn't answer that question regarding if we are better off than 4 years ago. She didn't say what her "plan" was either. If Harris is to be elected, she has to say what her "plan" is. Well, she DID promise a 6 grand child tac xredit and a 50 grand offering to small businesses. That's still not enough. How about plans to keep food prices in check WITHOUT price controls? Or a plan for affordable housing, or cars? If she has a "plan" than, what is it?
"United we stand, divided we fall." That doesn't praise diversity.
Right now nearly 8% of Americans are of Asian ethnicity. How long before 1 out of every 12 employees has to be Asian, by law? Aiming for Diversity in schools, jobs, committees, etc. is insanity.
